I appreciated the staff and the attentiveness to meet my needs and the needs of my friends. The beds are amazingly comfortable! We slept well.

The room was spotless and the staff was very courteous and helpful. The breakfast a la carte was amazing. There were so many options and their chef and restaurant staff were extremely kind and professional. This hotel is a GEM in Yakima!

Great hotel and well located - room was clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helped us find a great local spot for dinner (Cowiche Canyon). Parking on site additional fee of $10 per night but well located either right next to hotel or their underground parking. The hotel has a small shop with food items and also a bar. Would recommend this accommodation to other travellers!

We went to all you can eat brunch with family and it was a good value. The waiter and cook were accommodating and pleasant. The check in process was smooth and the front desk attendant was very nice. I liked the text update option.
